Business Development Specialist

Location: Bologna, Italy
The Business Developer will be responsible for managing existing clients and generating new pipeline to support sales revenue goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Generating interest, qualifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
- Identifying business opportunities and meeting key decision makers to obtain commitment in sales goals/targets
- Creating, planning, and implementing strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams to maximize client results and customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or equivalent, and at least 3 years of experience in relevant project management. Strong knowledge of Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and good knowledge of the English language are also required. Availability to travel in Italy is necessary.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of credit processes and management in complex contexts
- Ability to manage internal/external customer relationships with a consulting approach
- Ability to identify and monitor goals and results and identify the best strategies to reach the planned results
