Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Technology Organization as part of our strategic growth and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the comprehensive development of machine learning solutions, from initial training to deployment in a live environment. Our artificial intelligence team is focused on pioneering products that span various domains, including Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

If you are enthusiastic about tackling intricate challenges and excel in a dynamic setting, you may find fulfillment in our Software Development team, where the impact of your contributions is immediately visible.

As a Software Developer specializing in Machine Learning, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions. Your work will be crucial to our service offerings, enabling us to deliver value to our clients more efficiently. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential for the success of our products.

You will be responsible for executing components based on design documentation and functional specifications. Ensuring that your implementations are well-documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product will be part of your duties. You will have the chance to architect solutions, test code, and establish a CI/CD pipeline.

As a key member of our team, you will provide estimates for development tasks and guide the features and technologies being developed. Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python programming;
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning algorithms;
  • Team-oriented and research-focused;
  • Proficient in English (B2 level).

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with Docker and microservice architecture;
  • Experience with LLM models and Langchain;
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure);
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
  • Basic understanding of the Linux environment.
