Position: General Manager - Food Ingredients Europe

Location: Northern Italy (Onsite)

Note: This role is strictly B2B; candidates must possess relevant experience in Flavours, Colours, Extracts, Dried Fruits, Vegetables, and other value-added food ingredients, excluding FMCG.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, R&D, and New Product Development.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate specialization in Food Ingredients with substantial experience across Europe.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement annual business plans and market share objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead a diverse team encompassing Finance, Operations, Sales, Business Development, R&D, and NPD.
  • Commercial Strategy: Drive all commercial activities, focusing on innovative growth strategies and emerging markets.
  • Business Growth: Ensure accelerated profitable growth and commercial success.
  • Qualifications: MBA from a recognized institution with 15-20 years of experience in the B2B food industry.
  • Performance Focus: Responsible for enhancing top-line and bottom-line performance, increasing revenues, and improving profitability.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and other local languages, such as Italian.
Job Requirements

This position is not suitable for candidates with FMCG experience or those with backgrounds in hotel management.
