Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the provision of market data services, which encompasses data feeds, distribution agreements, and related services.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to ensure the precision, timeliness, and completeness of transaction, position, and market data.
  • Conduct both prospective and retrospective evaluations of compliance with regulations and applicable national and European laws.
  • Monitor, alert, and prevent market manipulations in accordance with compliance policies and established procedures.
  • Facilitate effective incident management by tracking the resolution of issues related to incidents, conducting postmortems, and managing market status communications.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Thomson Reuters) and oversee member account details, ensuring accurate descriptive data and pricing information about assets, as well as managing contracts and agreements with third-party vendors providing pricing feeds.
  • Engage in ongoing compliance monitoring to detect exceptions, unusual trading patterns, and manage alerts, including the investigation and reporting of suspicious market activities and AML situations to relevant authorities.
  • Act as a liaison with authorities regarding STOR, AML, and special market circumstances.
  • Perform real-time and retrospective monitoring of liquidity provision obligations.
  • Develop and maintain algorithms and tools for pattern detection and market management, including automated market control actions.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new members and ensure the smooth operation of core business processes daily by proactively identifying issues, implementing solutions, and enhancing post-trade processes.
Your Profile
  • In-depth knowledge of trading venue rule books, trading system parameters, and technical mechanisms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable European regulations (MiFIR, MiFID, MAR) and their application to trading venues.
  • Extensive experience in internal audit or similar corporate functions (e.g., risk/compliance).
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
