Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, maintaining accurate records.
- Create billing invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, providing excellent customer service.
- Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support and manage dispute resolution, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Communicate proactively with clients, providing timely and accurate updates.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with a focus on Excel.
- Effective time management, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- A positive attitude, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
