Job Title: Site Senior HR Business Partner

Location: Pisa

As the Human Resources Partner (HRP) for the designated manufacturing site, you will provide expert guidance and support to both functional managers and employees as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, manage, and execute a tailored HR strategy that aligns with both business goals and local regulations.
  • Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TAC) to ensure recruitment practices comply with HR standards.
  • Facilitate local performance assessments and salary reviews in line with corporate policies.
  • Spearhead local training initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and site-specific Talent Development Programs.
  • Provide insights to management based on thorough analysis of issues and assist managers in devising effective solutions for employees.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data within Workday, the HR management system.
  • Track and improve monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with external vendors on-site for the effective management of contingent workers.
  • Intervene in employee relations issues as needed.
  • Engage with the Personnel Administration Group (PAG) for legal matters or when legal advice is required regarding labor law and employee relations.
  • Partner with Employee Experience/Engagement Partners to implement the Local Employee Experience Strategy (EES) action plan.
  • Oversee and support workforce planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Solutions to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related discipline, with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 7 years of practical HR experience in a dynamic international environment, particularly in Manufacturing Operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a strong focus on promoting diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflicts.
  • Display of empathy and high emotional intelligence in professional interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex HR challenges.
  • Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to optimize HR processes.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software, with a preference for experience with Workday.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for business operations.
