HR Business Partner for Manufacturing Operations

At Takeda, we are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Pisa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on manufacturing operations, and a proven track record of developing and implementing localized HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement localized HR strategies to support business objectives and local requirements.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure recruitment processes adhere to HR guidelines.
- Coordinate local performance evaluations and compensation reviews in compliance with company policies.
- Direct local learning initiatives in accordance with the HR strategy and Talent Development Programs specific to the site.
- Provide recommendations to management based on issue analysis and assist people managers in finding optimal solutions for employees.
- Maintain the integrity of data in Workday, the HR management system.
- Monitor and enhance monthly HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Address internal audit requirements as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or a related field with a preference for a Master's in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in HR within a dynamic international setting, specifically focusing on manufacturing operations.
- Thorough understanding and application of labor laws at the national contract level.
- Demonstrated proficiency in leadership with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity and inclusion.
