Job Description:

A multinational company leader in the mechanical components sector is seeking a Product Manager to be based in Monza's plant. The company is a prominent player in the manufacturing and production industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global business planning processes for needle bearings, supporting the sales organization.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and identify growth potential in the manufacturing sector.
  • Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation in the mechanical components market.
  • Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure they are met, collaborating with R&D and Engineering teams.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy across the global sales organization and multiple departments.
  • Support the sales organization in executing the strategy and developing the business.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by the R&D and Engineering teams.
  • Create product and go-to-market strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, requirements, sales potential, and ROI.
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the product, empowering local organizations to make independent decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design or Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • In-depth understanding of the manufacturing market.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
