Position Overview

We are in search of a Business Development Representative within the Sales department, with a primary focus on lead generation and qualification. This role is centered around 100% outbound activities, necessitating active research and scouting utilizing all available tools, predominantly LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will engage in cold calling and qualification calls. Once leads are deemed qualified, they will be transitioned to Sales Executives, with ongoing collaboration throughout the process. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to participate in meetings with sales teams and prospective clients.

This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to L68/99.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles.
  • A proactive mindset, skilled in cultivating relationships with clients.
  • Strong active listening abilities, capable of initiating and managing engaging conversations with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
  • A solution-oriented approach, characterized by high self-motivation and commitment.
  • A willingness to learn and challenge oneself daily to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive to foster effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to create new business opportunities.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Interest in evolving into roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Manager, or B2B Marketing Specialist in the future.
