About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Laboratory Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a Test Laboratory Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the most appropriate testing methodology and means of testing
  • Develop test operating modes and analyze test results
  • Prepare and execute tests, and analyze results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop testing tools and equipment
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Experience in ISO 17025 and knowledge of mechanical, electro-technical, and electrical principles
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
