Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration and management of the Requirement Management project database.
  • Provide support to Project Engineers in managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development of system engineering requirements while ensuring traceability.
  • Collaborate in defining the Requirement Management Plan (RMP).
  • Conduct thorough analyses of defects and incidents to identify root causes.
  • Engage in the Requirements Engineering process across all project phases.
  • Analyze Requirements Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Offer technical support to enhance project deliverables (e.g., CAD, GPLM, etc.).

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient understanding of Requirement Management principles.
  • Extensive experience with the IBM DOORS tool and DXL Language.
  • Ability to liaise with clients and system design authorities to validate system requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Skillful in analyzing stakeholder needs to define project or system requirements.
  • Capable of creating and maintaining project requirements within DOORS.
  • Competent in providing progress reports and KPI updates related to project requirements management.
  • Familiarity with the V lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of Rail Transit Subsystems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Education and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or have an equivalent technical background.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is required, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
