Job Summary
Starhotels S.P.A. is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Florence. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in creating an enthusiastic team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our properties in the recruitment process by providing regular updates and insights.
- Assist the team with CV screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with Managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the company's employee database and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with the team to develop organizational guidelines and procedures that drive business success.
- Support employee development plans and performance management to ensure team members reach their full potential.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Experience in human resources or a related field.
