We foster excellence in both fundamental and applied research, including fields such as neuroscience, humanoid technologies, robotics, nanotechnology, and materials science, providing a truly multidisciplinary scientific experience.
YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a diverse team where individuals with various backgrounds collaborate, each contributing their unique expertise to the research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service desk operations and provide assistance for user issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, storage solutions, and backup systems.
- Install and configure IT equipment and assets.
- Collaborate with other ICT departments to handle standard changes and advanced requests.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a high school diploma with relevant IT experience.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, networking fundamentals, and virtualization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Experience with IT Service Management.
- ITILv3 certification or a more recent version.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management methodologies.
- Specific knowledge in managing audio/video systems for events.
- Prior experience in research institutions.
- Relevant certifications for the required skills.
