We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Clinical Operations team in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our clinical operations function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver clinical operations projects and programs
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Partner with colleagues across the organization to build and deliver creative solutions for our clients
  • Develop and elevate the leadership skills of our clinical operations team members
  • Implement flexible operational strategies to meet custom client needs
  • Serve as a client leadership role, providing oversight for the EMEA region
  • Develop and implement recruiting, hiring, and resourcing strategies for clinical operations
  • Support the growth of our clinical operations function in 2024
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical development and leadership
  • Proven experience developing and managing budgets and resources
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial skills, knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational and negotiation skills, problem-solving ability, and demonstration of ambiguity and agility
