Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Financial Partner for the Local Management Team by delivering in-depth business analysis, pinpointing areas for enhancement, and proposing actionable improvement strategies.
  • Assist in the month-end, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including the preparation and examination of monthly reports for the Headquarter.
  • Oversee the planning and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the pricing of new products by supplying relevant data regarding local production expenses.
  • Manage the definition and updates of standard costs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external pricing principles and Transfer Pricing regulations.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities in collaboration with the local Operations Team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with strong financial analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS-Office, with knowledge of SAP/BI; familiarity with HFM and BOARD is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex issues into essential business drivers.
  • Excellent business insight and critical thinking abilities; capable of providing solutions to business challenges beyond just financial aspects.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with Regional and Corporate stakeholders.
