Regional Financial Business Partner Manager

Main Responsibilities:
As a Regional Financial Business Partner Manager at Michael Page International Italia S.R.L., you will play a key role in the annual budget and planning processes, setting timetables and providing dependable data on time. You will ensure the achievement of Business Unit financial targets and implement action plans. Additionally, you will prepare management reporting for BU leaders, with valuable analysis and explanations on period-end performance and variances vs. planned figures.
Key Skills and Experience:
You will need a BA in Economics or a relevant field and 8 years of experience in Finance, including a managerial role, within multinational companies or management consulting firms. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must, as well as the ability to understand business models and build business plans. You will also need excellent knowledge of forecasting methods and the ability to design and measure KPIs.
