About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Relations Officer to join our team at Randstad Italia Spa. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients in the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) on all matters related to media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communication advice to clients on media relations and public affairs;
- Act as a focal point for media inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and effective responses;
- Develop and implement communication plans to support clients' media relations objectives;
- Research and write engaging content for various media channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and coherence;
- Collaborate with colleagues to analyze media coverage and define actions to take;
- Contribute to communications projects, such as joint communication activities and podcasts.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English;
- Previous experience in handling communication and media relations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
