About the Role
SEAS srl is seeking a highly skilled Duty Maintenance Coordinator to join their Engineering department in Italy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify technical documentation for maintenance activities and notify errors or defects.
- Support the Maintenance Manager in checking and issuing technical documentation.
- Assist in the definition and analysis of rectification of defects found during maintenance.
- Support the Maintenance Manager in planning maintenance, considering Human Factors, personnel availability, and logistics.
- Check and issue Customer Work Orders and Work Reports.
- Issue Work Orders for works commissioned to other maintenance companies.
- Assist in procurement of equipment, products, and spare parts necessary for maintenance activities.
- Ensure the collection, verification, and filing of documentation.
- Implement and update the hangar visit plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in aviation engineering.
- Proficient in English language (both written and spoken).
- Willing to work rotating shifts (day/night shifts, bank holidays).
