About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Project Manager to join our team at Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A. in Milan. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our new offices and supporting the execution and maintenance of store projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of office implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Oversee the relations with external vendors and contractors for design, construction, and furnishing of office spaces.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Project Planning and Risk Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk management strategies.
  • Site Visits and Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and technical requirements.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and building regulations.
  • Employee Transition: Facilitate the smooth transition of employees into new office spaces, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
  • Education: University Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 2/3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the Luxury Retail Industry.
  • Availability: Availability to attend business trips and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when required.
