We are seeking a committed individual to undertake the dual role of Business Unit Controller for Switzerland and Project Controller for Italy. This distinctive position will enhance collaboration and synergies between the two regions, providing an exceptional opportunity to grow and excel in a global setting. While the position is based in Italy, occasional travel to Switzerland will be necessary due to the responsibilities involved.
Your primary duties will include:
- In Italy, you will focus on project control, overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, forecasting accuracy, and actual performance deviations.
- In Switzerland, you will act as the CS Business Unit Controller, responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and control of CS projects from a financial standpoint.
- Collaborating with colleagues, you will develop and refine management reports and dashboards, while also providing ad-hoc analyses and reviewing financial data.
Qualifications Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- Experience in financial controlling within a multinational environment, ideally in a project-oriented organization.
- Proficiency in financial systems, including SAP and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as Italian being an advantage.
