**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective testing methodologies and means of testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Design and develop tools necessary for performing tests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement, verify, and ensure compliance of measuring equipment, ensuring it's ready for testing.
- Prepare equipment for testing, validating configurations and prerequisite testing.
- Supervise and execute test activities, analyze results, and decide on test repetition or not.
- Conduct data analysis and write comprehensive test reports.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in ISO 17025 advantageous.
- Strong mechanical, electro-technical, and electrical knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with knowledge of planning tools.
- Fluent in English.
