Attualmente, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Project Coordinator da inserire nella divisione Delivery Operations. La figura sarà parte integrante del team e collaborerà a stretto contatto con il Project Manager.

Il ruolo del Project Coordinator prevede di fornire supporto amministrativo e operativo per lo sviluppo delle attività, l'implementazione e il reporting dei progetti relativi all'installazione e alla modernizzazione di impianti elevatori.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Gestire le comunicazioni con i clienti per offrire assistenza e supporto tecnico durante le fasi del progetto.
  • Monitorare le attività per garantire la conformità agli obiettivi e alle esigenze amministrative del progetto.
  • Tenere traccia dei progressi del progetto.
  • Gestire gli ordini dei clienti e verificare la conformità degli ordini nel sistema gestionale SAP.
  • Conciliare le spese di missione per tutti i membri del team e inviarle per autorizzazione e pagamento.
  • Monitorare lo stato della fatturazione.
  • Aggiornare e monitorare le previsioni dei costi con i dati effettivi e le fatture in entrata.
  • Essere il punto di riferimento per il Project Manager, i Sales Account e i Supervisori di zona.
  • Gestire i rapporti con i fornitori (ordini, fatture, pagamenti).
  • Gestire i rapporti con i clienti (ordini, fatture, incassi).

Requisiti e competenze:

  • Capacità di collaborazione e ottime doti comunicative.
  • Competenza nell'uso dei sistemi informativi (Office 365, SAP).
  • Attitudine a sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti e servizi offerti.
  • Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Capacità di gestire e analizzare dati.
  • Diploma di Ragioneria, Laurea o titolo equivalente.
  • Conoscenza delle basi di contabilità.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta.
