Key Responsibilities:
- The Procurement Graduate Program is designed to cultivate outstanding commercial acumen, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
- Over an 18-month period, you will be groomed for a managerial position with the guidance of a dedicated Coach & Mentor, facilitating your career advancement.
- As part of the BAT Indirect Procurement team, you will have the chance to contribute significantly to negotiations, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and our sustainable procurement initiatives.
- This role offers you the opportunity to engage in global projects, gaining international exposure while applying your creativity to enhance supply chains and transform processes for the better.
Desired Qualifications:
- A university degree or equivalent in fields such as Engineering, Economics, Commerce, or related disciplines, with a maximum of 3 years of relevant work or internship experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Demonstrated intercultural competencies through international experiences or personal background.
- Willingness to relocate internationally.
- A positive, constructive mindset.

- Fluency in English is essential.
