About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply and Product Account Operations Specialist to join our team at RTL AdAlliance, a leading advertising sales house within Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by ensuring seamless partnerships with publishers, broadcasters, and providers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partnership Management: Interface with all phases of partnership management, including product development, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  2. Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  3. Report Processing: Process reports for traffic, revenue, and performance analysis to optimize campaign KPIs.
  4. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
  5. Advertising Products: Manage advertising products, including addressable TV, connected TV, online video, audio, and display.
  6. Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Education: University degree (3 or 5 years) in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the digital advertising industry as a junior account/project manager.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English.
  4. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, autonomy, good organizational and deadline management skills, reliability, and accuracy.
