About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Process Expert to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our industrialization and quality control team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Industrialization and Process Development
  • Coordinate the industrial control of special processes during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty.
  • Define and validate the detailed manufacturing process for new products.
  • Perform industrial documentation for projects, define industrial master data, and set manufacturing method times.
Quality Control and Assurance
  • Guarantee internal control and good application of process rules in line with customer requirements.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate root causes of non-conformities and implement repair solutions.
Training and Knowledge Transfer
  • Train workers, EPU managers, and industrial quality inspectors to execute special processes.
  • Ensure continuous training and permanent qualification of workers.
  • Train support functions on business rules linked to special processes.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree in process engineering, mechanical, electrical, or chemical.
  • Training and qualification by a third party for special processes (e.g., welding).
  • 2-5 years of experience in the industrial field.
  • Practice in special processes from 2-5 years (execution, definition, qualification).
  • Good teaching skills and English knowledge.
