Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven analyst to support our Living team in Italy, specifically in Milan. The selected candidate will assist in identifying, evaluating, finalizing, and overseeing investment prospects. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive financial evaluations, strategic assessments, and in-depth market research for intricate investment and development projects across various Living asset categories.
- Revise financial models to reflect actual performance and future projections.
- Perform financial assessments and sensitivity analyses on models to compare return outcomes.
- Aid in asset management functions, including leasing and divestiture processes.
- Develop investment memoranda, presentations, and supplementary materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively engage in multiple portfolios and projects, particularly during the Financial Modeling and Due Diligence phases of ongoing transactions.
- Collaborate with external parties such as investors, lenders, brokers, tenants, and legal/tax consultants.
- Assist in the Financial and Due Diligence phases of active transactions.
- Maintain open communication with other teams, external advisors, and investors.
- Monitor asset performance, including tracking business plan progress, preparing reports for investors, and liaising with fund managers and various stakeholders.
- Participate in commercial due diligence efforts, including market evaluations and lease assessments.
- Provide both financial and qualitative analyses, preparing investment memoranda for Board approvals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong academic background with a master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Real Estate.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a leading Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting firm.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A genuine interest in the Real Estate sector.
- Strong numerical aptitude with significant financial modeling experience.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
- The ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
