Position Overview

We are currently on the lookout for a Business Development Representative within the Sales department, focusing on lead generation and qualification. This role entails 100% outbound activities, requiring proactive research and scouting using all available tools, primarily LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You will engage in cold calling and qualification calls. Once leads are qualified, they will be transferred to Sales Executives, with close collaboration throughout the process. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to participate in meetings with sales teams and prospective clients.

This position is exclusively for candidates falling under a protected category according to L68/99.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
  • A proactive mindset, skilled in establishing relationships with clients
  • Strong active listening skills, capable of initiating and managing engaging conversations with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team
  • A solution-oriented approach, demonstrating high self-motivation and commitment
  • A desire to learn and challenge oneself daily to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive to facilitate effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales to generate new business opportunities
  • Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in other European languages is a strong advantage
  • Interest in transitioning to roles such as Sales Executive, Customer Manager, or B2B Marketing Specialist in the future
