Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, support, monitor, and troubleshoot the company's technological framework.
  • Implement systems/applications and deliver continuous maintenance and support.
  • Ensure effective upkeep of hardware, network, security, data backup, and recovery systems.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
  • Administer and support both in-house developed and third-party applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation to confirm system functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors and other IT staff for issue resolution.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies and security principles.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows Server systems and IIS Web Server.
  • Familiarity with database fundamentals and concepts using SQL.
  • MS Azure certification is a plus.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development with the latest technologies.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and verbal.
