Key Responsibilities- Support the identification of quality requirements and define annual quality objectives and monitoring indicators for project quality processes.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations functions to define work methods and quality control points.
- Implement and disseminate quality control tools, ensuring their adoption across all Group operational units, in collaboration with QHSE coordinators and in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Verify the implementation of quality control methodologies and tools through audit planning and execution, in collaboration with QHSE coordinators, to ensure their adequacy and effective implementation.
- Identify continuous improvement actions for the quality control system through benchmark studies and analyses, with the aim of formalizing and capitalizing the acquired knowledge, promoting the adoption of best practices identified.
- Provide specialist support in quality control activities within operational units, providing assistance for the effective implementation of identified tools.
- Support specialist activities in quality control during the Prequalification and Bidding phase, in collaboration with QHSE coordinators, providing assistance for the effective identification of quality control tools to be proposed.
- Participate in industry events, develop and manage relationships with category associations and quality control referents in partner companies and/or other companies.
- Support the identification of training programs and communication initiatives in the field of Quality Control to be implemented within operational units.
- Provide specialist support for quality control issues, promoting their integration into the QHSE Management System.
- University degree in technical disciplines (Engineering, Architecture, Geology)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction/Plant sector (design, site management, quality control)
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques
- Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 standards, audit techniques, and certification of 40-hour auditor/lead auditor courses on quality management systems
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and reporting processes
- Knowledge of ex-D. Lgs 231/01 models
- Excellent knowledge of main software packages
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, result-oriented, and flexibility
