Key Responsibilities- Manage the bidding, negotiation, and contracting of company assets through a mixed structure that combines global category definitions with country-specific structures, ensuring proximity to the business while maintaining control and alignment with the company's global strategy.
- Support the identification of needs, opportunities, and best practices in operations centers and hotels within your geographical area.
- Collaborate with the procurement partner to achieve savings, quality, and service targets for operations centers and hotels.
- Ensure compliance with budgets and savings targets, helping to detect the causes of any deviations and taking corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the correct application of the purchasing policy to generate income through the grouping of suppliers and volumes and their corresponding contributions according to contract.
- Participate in agreements that allow the management of necessary budgets for investment requests of operations centers and hotels within your geographical area of responsibility and liaise with corporate procurement teams to unify suppliers and volumes wherever possible.
- Manage the request and comparison of quotations.
- Load into the system all necessary information to enable purchases from hotels in your geographical area.
- Collect documentation from suppliers managed to upload it in the system, providing maximum transparency in the event of any audit of your management area.
- Help resolve incidents reported by hotels regarding the quality or service of suppliers contracted by your area.
- Support hotels (economatos, administration, or any other department) in formalizing orders, payments, or reception of products, as well as in any incident they may have.
- Report and provide feedback to hotel services on the needs/opportunities of hotels in your area.
- Degree in economics or equivalent.
- Great analysis skills.
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
