Project Procurement Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Procurement Manager to join our Europe and Africa regional team in Milano, Italy. As a key member of our Project Procurement department, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our Transformation of Industries business, with a focus on Electrification, Automation, and Digitalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the procurement single point of contact for projects, working closely with Commodity Managers to ensure synchronized procurement activities with project milestones.
  • Develop, supervise, and report project procurement plans, creating a centralized supply chain end-to-end reporting view.
  • Support the Project team in procurement risk and opportunities topics, delegate procurement ad-hoc project demands, and consolidate lessons learned.
  • Ensure all project procurement activities adhere to standardized processes and align procurement targets with project execution.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration or engineering, with demonstrated ability in Procurement and/or Project Management.
  • Perfect fluency in Italian and English, with Spanish as a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with different partners across all levels in the organization.
  • Project management skills, basic knowledge of critical metrics and reporting, and a passion for decarbonization and industry transformation.
