Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and supporting our products and services, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. This is a key role in our organization, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure accurate revenue projections
  • Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to ensure sales teams are equipped to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the automation industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of automation technology and industry trends
