Job Title: Building Automation Manager

Our client, a leading company in the field of building automation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Automation Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting the company's building automation systems, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the national and international markets.
  • Promote the company's building automation systems, highlighting their energy efficiency and data collection benefits.
  • Manage and consolidate relationships with existing and potential clients, offering customized solutions upon request.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor the market and competition to identify new trends and opportunities for development.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs to represent the company and promote its innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Master's degree in technical or economic disciplines.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a technical-commercial role.
  • Experience in the industrial, logistics, office, school, and hospital sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to travel, both in Italy and abroad, to meet clients and attend industry events.
