About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the development of our products. As an Engineering Manager at Feedzai, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams of engineers, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead multiple teams of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical leadership to the team, driving architecture and design, and performing code reviews.
  • Be responsible for the planning, execution, and success of technical projects, working closely with key stakeholders across all groups within the Engineering and Product Teams.
  • Develop and empower top-class engineering and technology practices in the teams, ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Closely work with the recruiting team to find and interview engineers, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Team Leading and/or Management experience in managing technical projects and engineering teams.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • 5+ years in a platform or Dev-Ops/SRE team in a SaaS environment, supporting mission-critical services.
  • Capable of leading by example, taking risks, and going beyond what's expected.
