About the Team/Department

As a Customer Marketing & eCommerce Intern, you will be part of our Customer Marketing Team, dedicated to executing top-tier Customer Marketing initiatives for renowned brands such as Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pronto, Autan, and Raid. Your role will also involve expanding the eCommerce channel, collaborating with local Sales and Category management teams to identify online customer priorities and insights, as well as working with Regional Marketing and eCommerce teams based in Switzerland to align on strategic objectives and available resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing Market Data Reporting: develop, interpret, and analyze existing data, concentrating on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Gathering qualitative and quantitative data (market data, consumer research, internal sales) to support strategic decisions, providing visibility up to the Managing Director level.
  • Enhancing competitive insights through SWOT analysis, research, and Nielsen data.
  • Collecting and preparing data, presentations, materials, and props for sales meetings, catering to both offline and online customers.
  • Assisting with Online and Digital activations, collaborating with external agencies, focusing on outcomes and recommending best practices.
  • Supplying marketing assets for eCommerce, contributing to the growth of this emerging channel with innovative solutions and ideas, ensuring optimal online execution.
  • Supporting brand managers in generating logistical data for new products, approving product artwork, and providing translations.

Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the country of application.
