Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Senior Copywriter to become a vital member of our Customer Engagement division. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement, the Senior Copywriter will be instrumental in crafting persuasive and impactful marketing content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer engagement teams to create concepts and campaigns aligned with brand and messaging standards.
• Produce clear, engaging, and persuasive content for a diverse array of channels, including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and more.
• Customize messaging to target specific audience segments while preserving brand integrity.
• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor tactics to guide copywriting strategies.
• Ensure all content accurately reflects the customer journey it pertains to.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaign development and execution.
• Collaborate with designers to bring your copy to life visually.
• Partner with the brand team to ensure consistent messaging and explore new opportunities.
• Manage the archive of copy, documentation, and team training to streamline processes.
• Proactively align customer journeys and relevant content with customer expectations and experiences.
• Review and refine copy for accuracy, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze performance metrics to gauge the impact of copy on engagement and revenue, suggesting areas for improvement.
• Act as a customer advocate, possessing an in-depth understanding of our products.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in trading, fintech, banking, cryptocurrency, or gaming is highly desirable.
• Experience with rebranding initiatives and startups is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to create innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Experience in training teams and developing copywriting processes and guidelines.
• Strong grasp of branding principles and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business, or a related field.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Creative thinker with the ability to devise new working methods.
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working model available.
