Who You Are

The Retail Street Operations Specialist is a client-oriented professional. This individual possesses a passion for teamwork, exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, a strong aptitude for technology, and proficient language skills.

Your Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships independently (Investors, Landlords, Tenants)

- Generate new business opportunities (new mandates and clients)

- Oversee independent mandates (Capital Markets & Agency)

- Handle negotiations and manage deals (Capital Markets & Agency)

Required Qualifications

What do we expect from you?

  • Academic degree (preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Economics)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the International Retail Sector
  • Over 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Native Italian speaker or C1 level, with proficiency in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to independently manage relationships and negotiations with key market stakeholders (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel across major Italian cities.
