Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a committed individual to take on the dual role of Business Unit Controller for Switzerland and Project Controller for Italy. This distinctive position will enhance collaboration and synergies between the two regions, providing an exceptional opportunity to grow and excel in a global setting. The role requires occasional travel to Switzerland due to its responsibilities.

Your primary duties in Italy will focus on project controlling, where you will monitor essential performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, forecasting accuracy, and actual performance deviations.

In Switzerland, you will act as the CS Business Unit Controller, overseeing financial planning and analysis, as well as reporting and control for CS projects from a financial standpoint.

Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine management reports and dashboards, while also providing ad-hoc analyses and reviewing financial data.

Qualifications for Success

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Experience in controlling within a multinational context, ideally in a project-driven organization.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, including SAP and various Business Intelligence tools.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in additional languages such as Italian being advantageous.
