Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication between internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, addressing queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize strong English language skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Manage claims and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth delivery of spare parts, services, and equipment.
  • Prepare and process domestic and export deliveries, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with ERP systems, including SAP and Service Max, to manage inventory, orders, and purchases.

Requirements:

  • Commercial or technical background with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and resilient approach to work.
