Job Opportunity at Moncler Spa

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Desk Intern to join our team at Moncler Spa. As an IT Service Desk Intern, you will be responsible for managing user requests and problems related to assigned devices, as well as assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage user requests and problems related to assigned devices;
  • Assist in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices;
  • Monitor and manage support tickets through our ticketing system;
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree in the IT field;
  • Basic knowledge of hardware and software aspects of computers;
  • Familiarity with major operating systems;
  • Knowledge of Office Automation;
  • Good command of the English language;
  • Availability, flexibility, and listening skills;
  • Basic networking skills and familiarity with major instant communication systems.
