Sede di lavoro : Lombardia (con disponibilità a trasferte nazionali/internazionali)Riporta a : Direzione Vendite / Direzione GeneraleSettore : Stampi e materie plasticheMissione del ruoloIl Business Development Manager guiderà la strategia di sviluppo commerciale dell’azienda, gestendo il portafoglio clienti esistente e identificando nuove opportunità di business nei mercati target. Sarà responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita, della gestione del team commerciale e della definizione delle politiche di go-to-market.Responsabilità principaliDefinizione e implementazione del piano commerciale su mercati e segmenti strategici.Coordinamento delle attività di prospecting e lead generation (fiere, LinkedIn, network, referral).Gestione dell’intero ciclo di vendita: raccolta requisiti, proposta di valore, offerta economica, negoziazione e closing.Sviluppo dei clienti esistenti tramite strategie di cross-selling e up-selling.Monitoraggio dei KPI commerciali e redazione di reportistica periodica.Supervisione delle condizioni commerciali, contrattualistica (NDA, SLA) e rispetto delle policy aziendali.Partecipazione a fiere ed eventi di settore, organizzazione di visite presso clienti.Caratteristiche del profiloProvenienza preferenziale da settori B2B: plastica, elettromedicale, cosmesi .Mind-set imprenditoriale : capacità di muoversi con buona autonomia sul mercato e all’interno di un contesto dinamico, targettizzando gli obiettivi.Soft skills : proattività, capacità relazionale, forte orientamento all’obiettivo.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese .Laurea in discipline tecniche o economiche.Esperienza consolidata in ruoli commerciali, preferibilmente nel settore stampi e materie plastiche.Ottime capacità organizzative, autonomia operativa e leadership.Inserimento in un contesto in forte crescita.Ruolo strategico con ampio margine di autonomia.Pacchetto retributivo competitivo, commisurato all’esperienza.Sede: Provincia Sud di BergamoAutorizzazione del ministero del lavoro n° 20323/RSSENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ITALY - distribuzione parallela di farmaci#J-18808-Ljbffr
