You will be responsible for the smooth running of service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence within your team.Overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring seamless guest service• Leading, training, and motivating the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality• Ensuring adherence to quality and service standards consistent with the hotel’s positioning• Collaborating with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to enhance menu offerings and service flow• Managing reservations, seating plans, and special guest requests• Monitoring guest feedback and proactively addressing any service issues• Managing stock control, operating costs, and daily reporting in line with departmental budgets• Upholding hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards across operations• Supporting the F&B management team in creating signature dining experiences that reflect Venetian heritage and contemporary elegancePrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant• A hands-on approach with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence• Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards• Financial awareness and ability to control costs while maximizing revenue opportunities• Fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are an advantage)• Professional presentation and attention to detail aligned with luxury standardsA key management role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts• Training, career growth, and development opportunities within the luxury hospitality sector• Ready to lead a restaurant that embodies Venetian elegance and world-class hospitality?
