Randstad Digital Talent Services, divisione specializzata in Ricerca & Selezione di profili ICT, in partnership con un'importante azienda cliente è alla ricerca di figure da inserire come Operations Engineer. Il Ruolo: Cerchiamo profili sia Junior che Senior da dedicare alla gestione operativa dei sistemi di Backup. La risorsa lavorerà all'interno di un team strutturato, garantendo la continuità e la sicurezza del dato. L'attività si svolgerà in modalità Ibrida (sede di lavoro: Napoli). Le tue responsabilità come Operations Engineer: Backup Management: Configurazione, schedulazione e mantenimento delle policy di backup su infrastrutture Enterprise. Incident & Request Fulfillment: Presa in carico e risoluzione di Incident e Service Request (Ticket) nel rispetto degli SLA contrattuali. Data Restoration: Esecuzione puntuale di attività di restore e verifica dell'integrità dei dati. Monitoraggio: Controllo dello stato di salute dei sistemi e reporting operativo. Requisiti Mandatori (Hard Skills): Conoscenza tecnica specifica (livello adeguato alla seniority) del tool Dell EMC Data Domain . Esperienza nella configurazione di politiche di backup (retention, schedulazione, job types). Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) per la gestione della documentazione operativa. Requisiti Preferenziali Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello tecnico). Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Operation o Help Desk di II livello. Cosa offriamo: Inquadramento: Ruolo di Operations Engineer, con livello commisurato all'esperienza (Junior/Senior).
