Accountabilities • Develop, integrate, and document electric design using computer-aided engineering tools.• Able to Sizing electrical lines with optimization of equipment cabling to reduce assemblying timeAnalysis of specifications identifying details that discern a working plan of the customer starting from the information provided and elaborating the feasibilityDefinition of the conceptual solution and architecture of the Electrical System, based on the requirements and vehicle configuration• Verification and traceability of requirements using DOORS• Support to purchasing department during the procurement phase of materials and subsystems• Support to industrial engineering and production department during the vehicle assemblying phaseSupport to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers, and customers throughout the product life cycle handled in Global Product Lifecycle Management (GPLM).• All other responsibilities allocated from Reporting Manager. Required Skills/Knowledge • Proven electrical design experience in electro-mechanical industries (preferred Railway Domain);• Degree in Electrical /Electrotechnical Engineering;• Excellent readiness of Electrical schematic and drawings;• Knowledge of computer-aided electrical engineering tools.E3 series Zuken would be preferable, but we can also consider knowledge of the See Electrical expert tool.• Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio, Access);• Knowledge of electrical manufacturing processes;• Commitment to working as part of a team;• Problem-solving abilities;• Attention to detail;• Strong organizational and communication skills;• Italian mother tongue is mandatory;• English language (multi-cultural environment).• Ability to manage and plan the assigned tasks independently and team-working.• Ability to analyze business requirements, problem-solving attitude and business process analysis.• Ability to face with the different internal functions (internal customer) and external (suppliers, customers, partners).• Planning and organization.• Versatile in learning and strong desire to remain up-to-date with changes in technology and best industry practices.• Strong business acumen & technical skills.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.• Attitude to work in an international and multi-cultural reality. Education/Qualifications Degree in Electric or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
