Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Engagement Specialist to join our Digital Engagement & Loyalty team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy. You will play a key role in shaping the customer contact strategy, fostering long-term and meaningful relationships with our clients.Responsibilities Support the global contact strategy definition and deliver performance improvements ensuring channel effectiveness and conversion optimizationOrchestrate communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to drive digital engagement across multiple touchpointsOversee the email communication production process in collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholdersManage campaign reporting and analytics to drive improvements with a test, learn & scale-up approachEnsure a consistent and effective rollout of customer journeys across all channels (email, SMS, push notifications) to provide a seamless customer experienceManage technical developments and coordinate with IT/tech teams to ensure smooth integration and platform enhancementsActivate and test new digital channels to expand communication opportunities and improve customer reachLead and support the execution of innovative digital projects aimed at strengthening customer engagement and business resultsQualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or clienteling rolesStrong knowledge of multichannel communication (email, SMS, push notifications) and campaign management toolsExperience in coordinating external agencies and cross-functional stakeholdersSolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionsFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms, customer journey design, and A/B testing approachesStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlinesKnowledge of digital trends, customer engagement best practices, and competitive landscapeFluent in Italian and EnglishWe would appreciate a person who is A determined, agile, curious, engaging and creative approach to workHighly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience in a middle-to-large sized company and collaborating with different teams is nice to haveAble to build meaningful relations across multiple departments, with a strong focus on teamworkHow to Apply To apply for this position, follow directions through this posting or visit our website and submit your application through our Careers WebsiteWhen applying, please attach your CV and any other relevant supporting documentsMoncler Group is an equal opportunity employer.
