B&B HOTELS di Roma Trastevere ricerca le seguenti posizioni : Receptionist Front Desk Principali attività : Accoglienza clienti e registrazione delle prenotazioni; Svolgimento di funzioni amministrativo-contabili; Tenuta di cassa e vigilanza; Disponibilità a svolgere turni notturni. Requisiti richiesti : Esperienza nell'accoglienza clienti; Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative; Autonomia, buone doti organizzative; Disponibilità a turni; Orientamento e miglioramento della Customer Experience in hotel; Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese. La conoscenza di una terza lingua sarà considerata un plus. Addetto / a alle colazioni Principali attività : Preparare ed allestire il buffet delle colazioni secondo gli standard dell'hotel; Assicurarsi che tutti gli alimenti siano freschi e ben presentati; Accogliere gli ospiti con cordialità e assisterli durante il servizio; Mantenere l\'area colazioni pulita ed ordinata; Seguire le norme igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare; Collaborare con il resto del Team per garantire un servizio efficiente e puntuale. Requisiti richiesti : Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile nel settore alberghiero o della ristorazione; Ottime capacità di comunicazione ed interazione con il pubblico; Capacità di lavorare in Team e di gestire lo stress in situazioni di picco; Flessibilità oraria, disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e durante le festività; Conoscenza delle norme igieniche e di sicurezza alimentare; Conoscenza buona dell\'inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus); Essere in possesso dell'attestato HACCP. Si richiede che i candidati siano domiciliati a Latina o nelle vicinanze, poiché non sono previsti vitto e alloggio.
