Your role will be key in delivering a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales and post-sales cycle.Key Responsibilities Managing relationships with assigned international customers within the EMEA region. Collaborating with internal departments (production, administration, logistics, shipping, quality control) to meet customer requirements. Supporting the Sales team in operational customer management. Participating in organizing and managing internal and external company events. Entering and monitoring customer orders in the system. Managing after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties. Ensuring proper administrative management and maintain strong commercial relationships. Independent manage shipping activities: liaise with carriers, prepare documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, extra-EU shipments), and handle invoicing. Follow up on
