Youll be responsible for assisting customers in German and English, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries mainly through email and chat.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.Requirements: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in email and chat customer service is preferred but not mandatory.Ability to manage time efficiently and handle demanding workloads.Competitive salary with uncapped performance bonuses.A welcoming and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for career progression based on performance and experience.We are excited to welcome enthusiastic, detail-oriented candidates to join our customer service team.
