Demand Planner – Fixed Term Contract – LegnanoFor our Customer Service & Demand Management Team we are seeking a Demand Planner based in Legnano, who will have the opportunity to work on Global Brands such as Tempo®, Nuvenia®, TENA® and Demak'Up®.We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. We’re always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves.About The RoleThe Demand Planner is responsible for owning, facilitating, and the administration of local company sales forecasting and Demand Management for their respective area of responsibility.What You Will DoAnalyzing historical demand and filter out outliers, identifying the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithmDeveloping the base Demand Plan using the most appropriate statistical forecasting algorithm and adjust where necessaryGenerating the new product forecast using the historical substitution and like modelling/scenario planning techniques agreed with Marketing and Category ManagementUnderstanding the impact of the customer buying patternCommunicating effectively and engaging the Sales Force on operational issuesWho You AreBachelor Degree in Economics or similar field of studyProven experience in Demand Planning or a similar position, ideally in the FMCG IndustryFluent in Italian and EnglishGood analytical skills with deep knowledge of Excel and SAP R3 - APOA real Team Player, with good communication skills at different organization levelFast learner with a strong attitude to problem solvingWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
