La figura di Senior Lead, Revenue Strategy and Operations contribuirà a guidare la pianificazione aziendale, la strategia di immissione sul mercato e l'esecuzione operativa per le attività di Dojo in Italia, collaborando strettamente con il direttore generale, i team dirigenziali e le funzioni centrali nel Regno Unito. Il ruolo prevede la collaborazione con i team sales, partnership, marketing, finance, risorse umane e prodotto per sviluppare piani e obiettivi, guidare il ritmo operativo per aiutare a realizzare questi piani, fornire programmi strategici e ottimizzare i processi locali per promuovere una crescita scalabile dei ricavi e l'efficienza operativa.  Parte del team Revenue Strategy & Operations, questo ruolo è fondamentale per Dojo per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi di crescita e per espandere rapidamente le nostre operazioni in Italia.
